Original

I think the most original sessions were the first day at the gym because the teacher sed jum as warm up  them 45 minutes practised movements at the end i cant moved
then when i did static bicycle was fu n because i did excersice and i wached tv
and for finished when i was runing . I enjoyed the day with the warm up an the excersice
